Get personalized help on choosing and enrolling in your 2025 benefits!

1. Schedule an Appointment

Visit https://calendly.com/enrollorwaive/sazerac or text “Support” to 380-234-4067 to have the scheduling link sent to your phone.

2. Get Ready

Review your 2025 Benefits Guide, gather your My Sazerac Rewards website username and password, and start thinking about what questions you have about your benefits.

3. Meet with your Benefit Counselor

On your scheduled appointment day, your personal Benefits Counselor will call you at the phone number of your choice. Ask questions and choose your benefits with confidence.

Annual Enrollment: Wednesday, Oct 30 – Tuesday, Nov 12
Call Center Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ET

Appointments with licensed benefit counselors are available through Sazerac’s partnership with The Worksite Group. There is no cost to you to speak with a benefit counselor.
